Smile with your eyes honey boo boo

I feel like all I have to say lately is how fast the days are coming and going. If you have looked at a calendar recently its almost September... mmmkay.

Today I decided we needed to live up the last few days of summer we have, not that our schedule will change much but the change in weather and my work schedule becoming ever more hectic I have to take the time to smell the roses when I can.

So we went to the park and it was wonderful.

This week we had my girlfriend over from college. I didn't know how much I missed those that 'know' me. It was good to just talk and pick up where we left off. Seriously those are my FAVORITE kind of relationships. No strange awkward moments. Love. It was so so so nice.

And then we had baby bath time which is always so much fun. She just really enjoys it and we have our little routine and its perfect.

What is also perfect is this...

We have had lots of playing and moving around but no crawling. I swear she refuses. She will scoot and get into the crawling position but wants nothing to do with it. I have tried on carpet and on the hardwoods. I think she may just start walking. Sure.

I cooked an artichoke for the first time instead of buying it in a can and this is what I found in the middle. How gorgeous right!! Seriously you would think I am looking at diamonds in the produce department, I comment on how beautiful all the fruits and veg are all.the.time.

Now back to the bathing photos!!
I know this picture is awkward with Daddys hand but her face. YUM.

A little shoutout to Auntie Momo!!

Some of my FAVORITE pictures are of her smiling with her eyes. Makes my heart melt!

On our way to the park she hi-jacked my water tumbler and decided to drink it all herself. Then she looked up at me and just smiled.

Little Diva.

In case you didn't know just how much she likes the swings.

Does this answer your question.

To me she looks like a toddler in this picture. WOWZA.

I turned her around to get her out of the sun and she just crossed her ankles and enjoyed the ride.

Its nice to just enjoy the small things every now again.

Seriously how beautiful is broccoli!?!

Addison Mary is 8 months and 2 weeks old.
